Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Legal Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Update Management about necessary and relevant Legal changes, issues and Statutory Compliances.
•  Rendering legal opinions; pre-empting legal action and suggesting the appropriate recourse.
•  Experience in processing legal data abstraction and obligations management process.
•  Manage the workflow of contracts, and assure compliance with existing agreements, and any   government or company policies.
•  To assess and handle implications of legal matters in Projects and Operations.
•  File timely litigations /arbitration documentation, developing strong arguments & defense.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Good problem solving and decision making capabilities.
•  Strategic thinker and good communication skills.
