Job Description :
Duties:
Prepare and develop an overall training plan for each level of staff and ensure all development activities are linked to the company's values and business needs.
Work closely with Department Heads and conduct needs assessment aiming to identify the employees’ development needs.
Analyze training programs in order to optimize the effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Requirements:
Degree or above
Minimum 5 years' experience in training and development, of which at least 3 years in F&B
Experience with change management preferred
Excellent command of both written and verbal English & Cantonese
