Duties:

• Display agility by actively supporting business initiatives and new campaigns through proactive Outbound activity
• Display agility by supporting our customers and business via Inbound when required
• Manage risk and compliance as per Customer Cares consequence management framework and adhering to the companies Code of Conduct always
• Requirements:
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong customer focus, negotiation skills
• Outbound/sales experience is highly preferable
• Good communication skills.
