Duties:

  • Maintaining office stationary; equipment supplies and kitchen stocked and clean.
  • Records management
  • Assisting in the organisation and coordination of events, including the ordering of catering
  • Provide administrative support to employees and executives as well as external stakeholders as required
  • Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to manage multiple electronic diaries
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask and prioritise competing demands
