Job Description :
Duties:
- Manage reception telephone communications, ensuring reception is continually manned and all calls are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Booking travel and accommodation as required in a timely manner.
- Providing administrative support to the Office Manager, and Governance, Risk & Legal including filing assisting with Board day and AGM.
- Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar role would be preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to multitask
