Job Description :

Duties:

  • Manage reception telephone communications, ensuring reception is continually manned and all calls are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Booking travel and accommodation as required in a timely manner.
  • Providing administrative support to the Office Manager, and Governance, Risk & Legal including filing assisting with Board day and AGM.
  • Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar role would be preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask
