Customer Services Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Managing the operations and services provided at the Customer Care Centre and Concierge Desks in Citygate Outlets.
• Coordinate with company's Marketing & Promotions Team to implement different promotional activities.
• Provide high quality customer services to local shoppers and tourist shoppers in the mall.
• Requirements:
• Certificate holder in Hospitality Management, Property Management or related
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experiences in customer services
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer.
