Job Description :
Looking for a Admin assistant in Malaysia.
Job Details:
- Facilitate meetings, conferences, and events; scheduling, coordinating food & beverage service, running presentations, etc.
- Assist employees and job candidates with business travel coordination.
- Process Expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting department standards and policies.
- Arrange and coordinate travel for VP through Concur system.
- Prepare business presentations, reports and correspondence utilizing MS Office Suite and other spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining copy and break rooms.
Job Requirements:
- Malaysians Only.
- 1 year experience is required.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Only female can apply.
