•  Leads an ongoing world-class production orientation program.
•  Responsible for on time completion of monthly safety topics.
•  Champion Continuous improvement in all levels of production.
•  Reviews direct/indirect labor and allowance costs to reduce unnecessary expenditures.
•  Controls operating budgets for respective departments.
•  Performs any task required to support customer requirements and company goals.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
