Job Description :

Duties:

  • Evaluate and comment on the rules/ regulations/ consultations papers issued by regulatory authorities
  • Ensure the products and services offered by the Bank, the involved marketing materials and operational processes satisfy the requirements of the Group and local regulatory
  • Inspect advertising and marketing materials, new product initiatives, incentive scheme and obtain regulators' approval as required
  • Requirements:
  • Degree or professionally certified in Law / Finance / Accounting / Business
  • Experience in the audit / compliance categories
  • Knowledge of rules, regulations of Hong Kong Monetary Authority / Insurance Authority / Securities and Futures Commission
