Job Details:

•  Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence.
•  Maintain working knowledge of all products, services, and department policies and procedures.
•  Author Knowledge Base articles for customers and other support representatives.
•  Provides general office assistance.
•  Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
