Details:

• Fulfill a variety of managerial tasks such as hiring home health aides, providing training, assigning duties
• Analyse the job performance of relevant aides.
• Inspect to make sure that the home health aides are filling out all proper documentation and are making entire safety checks.
• Requirements:
• Certificate from CIC / HKIC / IVE / TI / TC / Poly in Hong Kong or equivalent in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years' experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline.
• Excellent supervising skills.
