Job Description :

Urgently required HR Department Head in Indonesia.

Job Details:

•  Manages the Human Resource Department in compliance with federal, state and local policies.
•  Assist management with oversight of the Payroll Department.
•  Assists in the identification and resolution of plant health and safety non-compliance issues and inspection of the facility for OSHA   compliance.
•  Coordinates with other Managers the successful execution of the Performance Management and Development process.
•  Assist in the investigations of work-related injuries and development of programs to prevent accidents and injuries from recurring.
•  Provide recommendations in talent acquisition and management, performance and career management, workforce planning and change   management.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Human resources management knowledge.
• Be smart and presentable.
