Looking for a Team Leader in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  • To handle & resolve enquiries escalated from team members as necessary.
  • To monitor team members' attendance.
  • To review goal for each team member on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
  • To assist Campaign Manager & to supervise a team of Telemarketers.
  • To deliver quality sales & services.
  • To support & enable team member to achieve daily KPIs - call target, sales target etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  •  Malaysians Only.
  •  1-3 years experience is required.
