Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Officer in Kuwait.
Job Details:
- Coordinate the new hire HR orientation process. Provide information regarding employee benefits, Company rules, and policies, and ensure new hire paperwork is completed and routed appropriately for processing.
- Provides general administrative support to the HR Director.
- Assists in the creation of HR presentations and documents.
- Maintain the job description library, ensuring the most current documents are filed in the appropriate document structure; update current job descriptions when needed.
- Maintaining a positive and collaborative working relationship with broker and vendors.
- Assists site leadership team with monitoring time & attendance of contract employees and serves as the liaison between the company and local staffing agencies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
