Job Description :

Urgently Required Experienced Project Manager in Kochi,Kerala.

Job Details:

•  Work with our engineering experts to provide technical advice to our customers on architectures and potential solutions.
• Properly managed classified information and activities.
• Manage the capture of new business for existing and new customer accounts – including generating quotes and leading    proposal efforts.
• Identification of root causes, derive patterns and determine long-term solutions that ensure superior customer experience.
•  Management of projects to ensure a consistent high-bar of excellence.
• Drive process and initiatives to optimize the customer support experience end-to-end and all key aspects of the customer    service.

 Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Management Skills.
