Technical Service Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• Support Network, Firewalls, OS, VM, Storage System, Backup System, Cloud Service, etc.
• Provide technical consultation to team leaders, create new infrastructure services to enhance service satisfaction and delivery.
• Manage new infrastructure project and product development processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years work experience with strong infrastructure skill
• Sound experience in Networking, Windows Server and Linux Server
• Good knowledge of VM, Storage, Backup tool
