Job Description :

Duties:

• Provide store and office users support and training on retail applications
• Keep system running, support systems integration and interfaces, maintain configuration and user profiles.
• Manage, plan and coordinate projects, including business requirement gathering, arrange user training, testing and system go live.
• Requirements:
• Degree in information technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in IT at retail
• Knowledge of Citrix, MSSQL and Oracle
• Knowledge in computer hardware, OS, network and handheld devices.
