Job Description :

Details:

Conduct client onboarding procedures, including AML/CFT and KYC
Administrative support in the corporate trustee and corporate finance areas
Assist with ad hoc projects and research as required
Assist Transactional case management
Requirements:
Degree in legal studies or finance disciplines
Min. 3 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial areas and analytical corporate finance experience in a financial institution NBFI
Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin are must
