Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced Admin Assistant in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Maintains schedule, daily calendar, travel arrangements, and itineraries for department managers and directors and prioritizes events as needed.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, conference calls and other events, supply appropriate equipment/materials, and provides hospitality services as needed.
- Performs and coordinates basic office duties such as sorting and distributing mail, copying, filing, faxing, completing forms, ordering and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Prepares and maintains a variety of memos, forms, letters, reports, presentations, and tracks necessary data. Proofreads for spelling and grammar mistakes and makes appropriate changes.
- Screens telephone calls and takes messages.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five years experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Time management skills.
