Job Description :

Job Duties:

Responsible for end to end claims procedures & client management
Liaising with Insurer, clients, claimants, members and beneficiaries.
Underwriting lodgement with InsurerAuto cover notification to members
Financial Hardship for non-Master Trust clients
Requirements:
Previous experience in the insurance and superannuation industry, specifically in claims and/or underwriting administration or contact centre
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to change
Strong stakeholder management skills
