Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Associate in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Assist with performance appraisal system inquiries, maintenance and audits.
  •  Handle job requisition process and cost effectively and creatively staff for open positions.
  •  Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and develop a staffing strategy.
  •  Conduct new hire orientations for on-boarding.
  •  Confirm all staff have signed non-disclosure statements.
  •  Assist with organization of company sponsored events, meetings, celebrations, etc.

Job Requirements:

  •  Associate Degree.
  •  Minimum 4 years of experience in FM industry.
  •  Driving license is added advantage.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
