Looking for a Receptionist in Malaysia.

Job Details:

  • Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Coordinate food order for bi-weekly staff meeting.
  • Greet and welcome guests promptly as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  •  Malaysians Only.
  • High school diploma holder.
