Job Description :
Looking for a Receptionist in Malaysia.
Job Details:
- Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Coordinate food order for bi-weekly staff meeting.
- Greet and welcome guests promptly as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Malaysians Only.
- High school diploma holder.
