Job Description :
Urgently requires experienced Secretary in Qatar.
Job Details:
- • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences
- • Maintain the index base for legal files and contracts
- • Update the company calendar
- • Support staff in assigned project based work
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree. Experience skills minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a Secretary.
- Must be a bilingual (English & Arabic).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite experience in managing multiple priorities administrative coordination, well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
