Job Description :

Urgently requires experienced Secretary in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • • Maintain the index base for legal files and contracts
  • • Update the company calendar
  • • Support staff in assigned project based work

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Experience skills minimum 2-5 years’ experience as a Secretary.
  • Must be a bilingual (English & Arabic).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite experience in managing multiple priorities administrative coordination, well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
