Job Description :

Duties:

  • Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
  • Meet with Stakeholders / business units to consolidate new service / product ideas and business opportunity
  • Help and coach delivery teams to self-organize and achieve objectives, without assigning or dictating the work
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Proven experience in fintech, digital product/ service development and implementation with banking industry
  • Knowledge in customer experience / behavioral / user journey design
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
