Required Assistant Executive Chef - Kuwait

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Assistant Executive Chef in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe).
•  Manage daily quality of service, develop and implement receipts and presentations; cover shifts as required.
•  Monitoring/implementation of garbage separation and disposal as per standards.
•  Monitor staff performance, product quality, and production flow. Foster improvements where needed.
•  Supports safety and accident prevention programs (knife handling, proper lifting).
•  Manage sanitation and operational standards.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be smart and presentable.
