Job Description :

Duties:

  • Work closely with architects of consultants and developers on specification works, develop strong pipeline of projects
  • Work as an integrated team to champion Sales & Marketing functions to secure the specification developed
  • Assist in develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in specification works in construction projects and have good network with architects.
  • Proficiency in computer and MS office software
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
