Job Description :

A leading company is looking for an experienced Operations Technician in Kuwait.

Job Details:

  •  Maintain excellent acknowledgment and response time to alarms and customer calls.
  •  Create and maintain tickets and bugs, providing comprehensive and relevant updates.
  •  Provide high-quality documentation of network failures and maintenance activity.
  •  Assist with office build-out preparation inc. equipment setup.
  •  Manage and guide restoration bridges during outage conditions.
  •  Technician for customer/company network systems installation and/or maintenance activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder.
  • Previous experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be smart and presentable.
