Job Description :

Job Duties:

• Handle inbound phone contacts, outbound phone contacts, web/ mail/ fax contacts, live chat, and social media engagement
• Arrange home delivery service for customers including order listing and preparation of delivery order summary
• Cooperate with other teams and team members to achieve desired results and support business needs
• Requirements:
• Higher Diploma holder or above
• 2 years’ experience gained in call centre environment, preferably from premium service industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
