Job Description :

Duties:

  • Create and maintain end-user account and configure Cisco equipment
  • Administrate Windows server and ensure stable performance
  • Oversee software patching and inventory procurement
  • Troubleshoot issues from desktop and laptops as well as server maintenance
  • Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science/IT or relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience providing IT support
  • Proven track record on implementing projects
  • Technically proficient with Windows server, Office applications and desktop environment
