Job Description :

Duties:

Answer incoming customer and driver calls and fulfill their request;
Supervise fulfillment, and help customers find a vehicle if they have been waiting for a while;
Resolve user conflicts and performance issues related to drivers;
Requirements:
Bachelor degree graduated or above
2-3 years relevant work experiences
Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
