• Involve in the hiring process to select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs
• Particiate Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking Exercises, Performance Management, Short-Term Incentives, Job Grading to Benefits
• Prepare for the budgeting reports & salary proposal
• Review for the Greater China Region
• Requirements:
• University degree in HR Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management within a sizeable organisation
• Candidate with PRC HR experience has a relative advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
