Job Details:
- Involve in the hiring process to select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs
- Particiate Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking Exercises, Performance Management, Short-Term Incentives, Job Grading to Benefits
- Prepare for the budgeting reports & salary proposal
- Review for the Greater China Region
- Requirements:
- University degree in HR Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Management within a sizeable organisation
- Candidate with PRC HR experience has a relative advantage
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
