Sales Operations Manager

Job Description :

Duties:

• -Plan and implement sales and operational strategies to achieve business objectives
• -Regular review meetings and update services with both internal and external customers
• -Develop and maintain strong relationships across various levels
• -Lead the customer service team and interact with customers
• Requirements:
• -At least 8 years relevant experience in supporting sales, with at least 2 years of experience in leadership
• -Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Chinese
• -Experience in FMCG is a definite advantage
• - Excellent managerial skills.
