Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager in Singapore.
Job Details:
- Maintain open communication with internal and external customers (employees, staffing agency, shippers, third party carriers, etc.). And resolve any issues/complaints that are received.
- Manage all sponsored accounts receivable billing and collection functions.
- Managing a cash drawer: cashing customers out.
- Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
- Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
- Build positive relationships within the community.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Minimum 4 years experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree graduate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
