Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager in Singapore.

Job Details:

  • Maintain open communication with internal and external customers (employees, staffing agency, shippers, third party carriers, etc.).   And resolve any issues/complaints that are received.
  •  Manage all sponsored accounts receivable billing and collection functions.
  •  Managing a cash drawer: cashing customers out.
  •  Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
  •  Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
  •  Build positive relationships within the community.

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean only. 
  • Minimum 4 years experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree graduate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
