Job Details:

• Be in charge of all Financial reporting matters including forecasting, consolidation and result announcements
• Drive business change and manage financing strategies, work closely to maintain and build banking relationships
• Managing relationships with HKEX, external auditors and advisors
• Formulate business strategies and drive business growth in newly expanding business units
• Requirements:
• Degree or Above in Finance, Accounting or Business Studies
• 15 years of working experience
• Strong experience managing sizable teams in Hong Kong with reporting lines overseas
• Knowledge of listing rules, reporting standards and ability to maintain relationship with external stakeholders
