Looking for an experienced HR Development Manager in Singapore.

Job Details:

  •  Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  •  Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring   regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
  •  Manages budgets in alignment with the organization’s and department’s goals.
  •  Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  •  Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA holder.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in training and development work.
  •  Good analytical, written and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
