Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Development Manager in Singapore.
Job Details:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
- Manages budgets in alignment with the organization’s and department’s goals.
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes.
Job Requirements:
- MBA holder.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in training and development work.
- Good analytical, written and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
