Looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Create and monitor key metrics on training and development to monitor the health and sustainability of the talent pipeline.
• Manage consistent data-supported hiring metrics that drive quality, efficiency and accountability
• Oversee the Performance Management Strategy and work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance across the business.
• Track and report metrics on recruitment, training, and talent for the business.
• Evaluate and maintain leadership and technical competency models that facilitate the assessment of employees versus these   competencies.
• Assess workforce trends and provide solutions to reduce turnover, improve engagement and bench strength across the organization.
• Ensure systems and processes drive talent management and workforce planning.

Job Requirements:

•  Excellent communication skills.
• Ten years experience in Talent Management.
• Graduate holder.
•  Excellent computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
