Urgently required Operational Specialist in Kuwait.

Job Details:

•  Research and resolve routine internal and external client requests 
•  Perform general administrative and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
•  Create client profiles in the ACH and risk monitoring systems.
•  Manage daily operations.
• Provide phone and email support to clients.
•  Manage correspondences via E-mail and phone.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum 12 years experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
