Job Details:

•  Prepares all hot food items that require use of the grill, convection oven, deep fat fryer, rapid cook oven, proofer/oven and combi oven   following proper cooking instructions.
•  Prepares items in accordance with recipe standards. Maintains quality and consistency of foods prepared
•  Demonstrates ability to serve food using proper utensil and portion control standards in a courteous and professional manner.
•  Maintains a safe, sanitary and efficient work area. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment; ensures equipment is operable and   reports malfunctions.
•  Recognizes the importance of good attendance and promptness. Strives to minimize absences and tardiness.
•  Consistently recognizes and demonstrates the ability to stay on task and work independently without frequent supervision or direction   of duties.
