Looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer in Indonesia.

Job Details:

•  Support IE Manager in various IE and WCM related assignments and projects.
•  Develops and Implements performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
•  Perform manpower planning/leveling/adjustments per Assembly Plants' Volume Adjustments. Perform Direct Labor, Indirect Labor,   and Ergonomic Studies.
•  Manages overall ramp-up phase of new production & test equipment or production launch of new products. and ensures the life cycle   support.
•  Develop routines and methods to improve current processing and reduce costs.
•  Support the Senior Lean Optimization Manager in various IE related assignments and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork. 
• Good communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Diploma in Engineering.
