Assistant Surveyor / Surveyor

Job Details:

• Conduct market research and analysis on competitors’ activities, market positioning and pricing strategies
• Assist in preparing business plans and monitor the progress and financial performance of existing projects
• Oversee market updates including the changes of government policies and economic environment, and assess the financial impact on investment
• Coordinate the due diligence exercise with internal departments and external consultants
• Requirements:
• Degree holder , preferably in Surveying (GP), Real Estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience in property development / investment analysis / sales and marketing / research and valuation in the property developers or real estate consultants in Hong Kong
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
