Looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Be aware of all rates, packages, and promotions at the resort.
  •  Follow and enforce all Kalahari Resort cash handling and credit/debit policies.
  •  Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
  •  Presents options and alternatives to guests and aids in making choices.
  •  Setup and hosting of our continental breakfast when on morning shift.
  •  Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  •  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Minimum One year experience. 
  •  Display excellent customer service skills.
