Job Description :

Job Details:

  • Assist in implementing leasing strategies to achieve corporate’ objectives
  • Handle leasing and tenancy matters including but not limited to tenants liaison, tenancy negotiation and stall handover
  • Provide quality service including handle enquiries and site inspections
  • Liaise with operation team to make business running smooth
  • Requirements:
  • At least 2 years solid experience in leasing or sales, food & beverage or retail leasing
  • Strong knowledge in tenancy, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proactive and have good connections with retailers and property agencies
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
