Building Assistant

Job Description :

Job Duties:

• Providing assistance to tenants and the daily operations of the apartment building, senior housing or condominium.
• Assist in minor repairs of furniture, flooring or carpet, and assist in making minor moves.
• Assist hang pictures and white boards when needed, coordinate with the helpdesk and clients concerning jobs when required
• Requirements:
• Appropriate educational Degree
• Valid certifications.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Be a smart and presentable.
• Excellent analytical skills.
