Urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  You will manage/oversee Performance Appraisal Review (PARS)programs.
•  You will advise senior leaders on a wide array of HCM issues.
•  Collaborate with the Companys legal counsel to resolve employee legal matters.
•  Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.
•  Create, implement and manage onboarding plans.
•  Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
•  Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
•  UAE Experience Mandatory.
• Five years experience in same field.
