Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Receptionist in Kuwait.

Job Details:

  •  Responsible for receiving and coordinating mail and packages.
  •  Provides administrative assistance to company-wide efforts on day-to-day functions and special projects.
  •  Manage conference room calendars and assist in scheduling meetings.
  •  Supports office activities and may coordinate special events such as Happy Hours, office gatherings, etc.
  •  Liaison with building management for any office issues.
  •  Responsible for reporting of all building/maintenance issues to building management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Good knowledge in computers.
  •  Minimum 2 to 3 years experience.
  •  Arab Nationality (Females only).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
