Duties:

• Assesses and identifies talent capacity, capabilities, competencies, and knowledge gaps
• Confidently partner with the business to identify their needs in all areas of HR
• Provide excellent judgement and advice to managers and colleagues throughout the business
• Requirements:
• University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven HR Business Partnering Solid experience in HR campaign development, project and change management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
