Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Staff Payroll in Indonesia.
Job Details:
- Prepares and processes payroll for over 50 employees on a bi-weekly basis in conjunction with outside payroll service.
- Create and update physical and electronic personnel files.
- Assist with accounts payable by processing utility bills, loan payments, marketing invoices, and various other bills to be paid.
- Maintain employee files, and I9 in accordance with state and federal law.
- Assist accounts receivable by processing lien waivers.
- Manages benefits billings, payments and COBRA coverage enrollment. Resolves benefits vendor file discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be smart and presentable.
