Looking For Hvac Supervisor

Job Description :

Urgently requires an experienced HVAC Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Oversee development of maintenance plans and schedules for all HVAC services and all are carried out as scheduled.
• Ensure that maintenance processes for all HVAC equipment & services are mapped into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and by   seeking guidance/ documents from project execution team.
• Monitor and analyse data related to operation of the DC/DR Facility to identify priority areas for HVAC services maintenance.
• Ensure downtime as per standard by overseeing coordination and smooth operation of maintenance activities for HVAC equipment &   services.
•   Ensure and maintain the Minimal inventory for the Critical Spares of the HVAC system for DC/DR.
•  Maintaining documentation, performance history of major HVAC equipment of the DC/DR Facility, analysis of log sheets and forecast   of problems and preparation and advice for remedial measures.

Job Requirements:

• Seven years experience in supervision of HVAC system installations.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Diploma holder.
• With valid Saudi Driving Licence.
