China Sales & Project Manager (china Trip)

Job Description :

Duties:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and to provide professional project management services
• Manage site meeting and coordination, submission, testing and commissiong to handover
• Supervise the work of contractors and sub-contractors 
• Manage site supervision and inspection for work progress to ensure quality meet Company standard 
• Requirements:
• Degree holder (preferably in Engineering/Technical/Building Services/Mechanical Engineering)
• 8-12 years experience preferably in E&M/fitting out works/interior design/plumb drain/swimming pool/building service/spa/hotel construction projects or equivalent
• Experience in both project management & sales & marketing activities is highly preferred.
