Job Description :

A leading company is looking for an experienced Area Sales Supervisor in Indonesia.

Job Details:

•  Plan and program salespeople and merchandisers’ vacation; make the necessary arrangement to cover those routes.
• Ensure all associates follow Pandora Selling Conversation and deliver elevated customer service.
•  Monitor sales goals for route salespeople to ensure they meet and exceed them. 
• Drive Sales and motivate staff through coaching in the moment and team selling.
•  Prepare complete, accurate and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions. 
•  Plan and prioritize daily responsibilities tasks and staffing according to traffic flow and planning tools.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
•  Key area level account management.
